Stop being the glue between your own tools.
We connect the software you already pay for so records move on their own, and give AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT safe, logged access to all of it.

The types of connections.
MCP servers
Gives AI handsBest for
Teams already using Claude, ChatGPT or a coding assistant who want it working with real company data.
What it connects
The assistant to your systems, through a short list of tools it may call, each with its own limits.
What we need from you
What people would ask it to look up or do, and which actions must wait for a person.
The answers would come from public information. A good prompt is enough, and no server is needed.
APIs for your system
Opens it upBest for
Products and businesses whose partners, customers or apps need to read and write their data.
What it connects
Anyone you allow, through documented endpoints with keys, rate limits and logs.
What we need from you
Who will call it and what they need to do with it.
One partner needs one file a week. A scheduled export is simpler.
Integrations
Ends double entryBest for
Businesses typing the same record into a CRM, the accounts and a spreadsheet.
What it connects
Two or more of your tools, both ways, with rules for which one wins a conflict.
What we need from you
Test accounts for each tool, and the fields that must match.
An off-the-shelf connector already does it well. We will set that up instead.
Webhooks and events
Real timeBest for
Anything that should follow the moment something else happens: a payment, a signup, low stock.
What it connects
An event in one system to an action in another, with retries when the other end is down.
What we need from you
The events that matter, and what should happen after each one.
Once a day is soon enough. A nightly job is simpler to run.
Legacy connectors
Unlocks old systemsBest for
Businesses whose core still runs on older software with no way in.
What it connects
The old system to the new, through its database, its exports or its own screens.
What we need from you
Access to the system, and someone who knows its quirks.
The old system is being replaced within the year. Migrate its data instead.

Ask your AI.
The same question to the same assistant, with and without a server into your systems. Hover a highlight to see the difference.
Which customers owe us money, and who should we chase first?
I can't see your accounting system or your CRM. Generally, it is best to chase the largest and oldest invoices first.
If you paste in an export, I can draft reminders for you to send.
No access · nothing logged
Which customers owe us money, and who should we chase first?
Your Brand · list_invoices(status: "unpaid")
Your Brand · get_customers(ids: 2)
Two customers owe 2,010 between them. Chase Bramwell Trading first: 1,150, now 14 days overdue. Corbel Supply Co. owes 860, due on Friday.
I have drafted a reminder to Bramwell. Approve it and I will send it.

What changes
- 1It looks, instead of guessing
It has no way into your systems, so the best it can do is ask you for an export.
Two tool calls fetch the real invoices and customers, inside the access you set.
- 2Real numbers, named customers
A rule of thumb that would fit any business, and helps none.
The actual amounts and customers, and a reason for the order.
- 3A person signs off
Whatever it drafts, someone has to copy across and send by hand.
It drafts the reminder, but nothing is sent until someone approves it.
- 4Limits, and a log
Nothing to audit: whatever you paste in is the only record.
Read-only by default, and every call logged with who asked and what came back.

Every system mapped
What each tool holds, what needs to move where, and who may see what, agreed in writing.
First connection live
The most painful link is built first and runs on real data, so the copying stops early.
Every tool connected
The rest join one at a time, each tested both ways, with retries for when the other end is down.
AI assistants plugged in
An MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT and your other assistants a short list of tools, read-only unless a person approves.
Documented and watched
Every endpoint documented for developers and for AI, every call logged, and an alert if a connection ever fails.

The roadmap is on us.
Pick what you need and what it touches. We turn it into a free audit of how your tools connect today and a written roadmap with the access each connection needs, yours to keep whether or not you work with us. It runs as a one-time project, with optional monitoring through Kairo Run.

What is an MCP server?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to other systems. An MCP server for your business lets an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT look things up and take actions in your systems, within the limits you set.
Is it safe to let AI touch our data?
Only as safe as it is built. Ours give each assistant or user the narrowest access that does the job, ask a person before anything irreversible, and log every call.
Can you connect software that has no API?
Often, yes, through exports, databases or the software's own screens. We tell you in the audit how reliable each route will be.
Who maintains the connections?
Tools change their APIs and expire tokens. Kairo Run watches every connection and fixes it before anyone notices.
