What we build

An extension for every purpose.

Inside your CRM

Saves clicks

Best for

Teams who live in a CRM, a helpdesk or a marketplace dashboard all day.

What it adds to the page

Your own buttons and fields, inside a site you do not own, that send records straight to your system.

The access it needs

That one site, and only while someone is using the button.

When we tell you to skip it

The site already has an API that does the same job. Then it is an integration, and Kairo Connect builds it.

Capture and save

Ends copy and paste

Best for

Research, sourcing and lead work, where people collect from many sites into one place.

What it adds to the page

One click that reads the page, cleans what it finds and files it in your sheet or system.

The access it needs

The page in front of them, only when they click.

When we tell you to skip it

The sites forbid it in their terms. We check before we build, and say so if they do.

Sidebar with your data

Answers in place

Best for

Sales and account teams who need to know who they are looking at, without switching tabs.

What it adds to the page

A panel that recognises the company or person on the page and shows what your system knows about them.

The access it needs

The sites where the panel appears, and read-only access to your own data.

When we tell you to skip it

People only need that context once a week. A saved search in your system is enough.

Companion to your product

Keeps you in reach

Best for

SaaS products whose users would use them more if they were one click away on any page.

What it adds to the page

Your product's key action in the toolbar, signed in with their existing account.

The access it needs

Your own domain, plus whatever the one action needs on the page.

When we tell you to skip it

Your users rarely need it while browsing. A good mobile or web app serves them better.

AI on the page

Works where they read

Best for

Teams who read long pages, documents or threads and then write something about them.

What it adds to the page

Summaries, replies drafted in your voice and checks against your own rules, right beside the text.

The access it needs

The page they ask about, sent to a model that does not train on your data.

When we tell you to skip it

The pages hold data your policies say must never leave your systems. We will say so in the audit.

Every browser and tool we build for

Chrome first, then every Chromium browser, Firefox and Safari from the same code.

  • Edge
  • Firefox

Least access, by design

Ask for less.

The same install prompt, twice. Switch between them, and hover a permission to see what it really means.

PAdd “Page Helper Pro”?

  • Manage your downloads

What it asks for

  1. 1
Only the sites it works on

Every website you visit, including your bank and your email, for a tool that works on one.

The two sites it works on, and nothing else. The browser shows that list before anyone installs it.

  2. 2
    No browsing history

Your whole browsing history, which a save button never needs.

No history at all. It sees a page only when someone uses it there.

  3. 3
    Nothing it does not use

Downloads and other apps on the computer: permissions left over from a template.

Every permission is listed and justified in writing before we build.

  4. 4
    Easier to approve

Broad access is one of the things Chrome's own guidance says slows store review, and it makes IT teams say no.

A narrow request installs with fewer warnings, and passes an IT review on the first read.

Tell us where it should live.
The roadmap is on us.

Pick who uses it, what it does and on which browsers. We turn it into a free audit of the sites it would work on and a written build roadmap with its permission list, yours to keep whether or not you work with us. It runs as a one-time project, with optional ongoing care through Kairo Run.

Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

Is an extension safe to install?

Ours ask only for access to the sites they work on, and only for what they do there. The permission list is agreed before we build, and you see it in writing.

Which browsers?

Chrome first, which also covers Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers. Firefox and Safari come from the same code with small changes.

Does it have to be public?

No. Team extensions can be published privately, so only people in your organisation can install them.

What if the website changes?

Sites redesign their pages, and an extension that reads them has to follow. Kairo Run keeps it working every month.
