Software built around how your business actually runs.
SaaS products, dashboards, catalogue and inventory systems, lightweight ERPs, client portals and booking systems. Specified before we write a line, and handed over with the code in your name.

We Build, What You Desire.
SaaS and MVPs
Ships in weeksBest for
Founders with a validated idea who need a working version in front of paying users, not another prototype.
What it replaces
A slide deck, a waitlist and a no-code prototype that has hit its limits.
What we need from you
The problem in your words, a few people who would use it, and one decision maker on a call every week.
You have not yet spoken to anyone who would pay. Test the idea with a landing page first; it costs far less.
Business systems
Replaces spreadsheetsBest for
Businesses running orders, purchasing, credit or jobs across several spreadsheets and a crowded inbox.
What it replaces
The master spreadsheet, the copies emailed around it, and the one person who understands all of it.
What we need from you
Your current sheets, however messy, and an hour with whoever uses them most.
An off-the-shelf tool already fits how you work. If one does, we will name it and help you set it up.
Catalogue and inventory
Every item findableBest for
Thousands of different items, each needing photos, specifications and history: stock, collections, archives, parts.
What it replaces
Folders of photos, a spreadsheet of codes, and what lives only in someone's head.
What we need from you
A sample of items with everything you know about them, and how you search for them today.
You sell a few hundred near-identical products. Your store platform's own catalogue will do the job.
Client portals
Cuts the back and forthBest for
Service businesses whose clients email to ask for status updates, documents or invoices.
What it replaces
Status emails, attachments sent twice and "just checking in" calls.
What we need from you
The questions clients ask most, and where the answers live today.
You have a handful of clients and speak to each of them every week anyway.
Booking systems
Fills the diaryBest for
Businesses with rooms, staff, vehicles or equipment to book, and rules a generic booking tool cannot follow.
What it replaces
Phone tag, a shared calendar nobody trusts, and deposits chased by hand.
What we need from you
Your resources, your booking rules, and the exceptions everyone knows by heart.
A standard booking tool already handles your rules. We will set that up instead.
Knowledge systems
Nothing lostBest for
Teams whose know-how lives in inboxes, chat threads and the heads of a few long-serving people.
What it replaces
Folders nobody searches, documents with five versions, and the same question asked every week.
What we need from you
Where the knowledge lives today, and the questions people ask most.
You mainly need answers, not a system. A chatbot over your documents, through Kairo Chat, gets you there faster.

What changes
- 1One record for everything
Harlow & Finch is in here twice, spelt two ways, so its orders never add up to one customer.
Each customer exists once, and every order points to it. Harlow & Finch shows both of its orders.
- 2Statuses you can count on
"done??", "sent (I think)" and "SEE EMAIL" are not statuses. Finding what is unpaid takes a morning.
A fixed pipeline: quoted, confirmed, shipped, paid. What is unpaid is one click.
- 3One version, everyone in it
Four tabs and a personal copy. Nobody knows which one is real, so everyone keeps their own.
One system with logins and roles, and a history of who changed what, and when.
- 4Numbers that stay right
Someone inserted a row and the total broke. It has said #REF! for a week.
Totals are calculated by the system, live, and nobody can type over them.
From a Blueprint
to software you own.
01 / 05
Blueprint signed off
Every module, screen, process flow and data model written down and agreed, with a quote, before a line of code. The dashed bars are that plan.
First working demo
Real screens with your own data in them, clicking through on a call. Not a mockup, and not a status report.
Core system built
Module by module, each one built, demoed to you and merged in. You steer every week, so nothing surprises you at the end.
Your data moved across
Every spreadsheet and old system imported, cleaned and checked against the original, so day one starts with your real history.
Live and handed over
Live for your whole team, with the code, documentation and logins in your name and your people trained. Kairo Run keeps it growing, if you want it.

Tell us what to build.
The roadmap is on us.
Pick what you are building, where you are starting from and what has to come across. We turn it into a free audit of how you work today and a written build roadmap, yours to keep whether or not you work with us. It runs as a one-time project, with optional ongoing care through Kairo Run.
Pick a few options and your scope appears here.
Your scope rides along with the inquiry below. What comes back first, the audit and the roadmap, is free.
- Starts with a Build Blueprint
- A quote agreed before build begins
- Weekly working demos
- Code owned by you
- Documentation and handover

Inquire to get your
free audit and roadmap.
Send the scope you just built, or just describe the spreadsheet that is holding everything together. We will tell you honestly whether you need custom software at all, and map out where we would start.
The ones that actually get asked.
How long does a build take?
An MVP is usually a matter of weeks; a full business system takes longer. The Blueprint gives you an exact timeline before you commit.
Who owns the code?
You do. It lives in your accounts, and we hand over documentation so any competent engineer can continue it.
What if requirements change mid-build?
They usually do. Changes are written into the Blueprint with their effect on time and cost, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do you maintain it afterwards?
If you want us to. Kairo Run covers monitoring, fixes and new features every month.
