Service 01

Cold outbound,
researched one lead
at a time.

We run outbound on every channel your buyer answers on, and we write each message from a research dossier built for that one person. No spray. No merge tags pretending to be personalisation.

Your 24/7 outbound machine.

What we cover

Every surface, run as one campaign.

Channels are not alternatives, they are a sequence. The call lands because the email arrived first. Pick one to see how we run it.

Cold Email

The only channel that scales to thousands of researched touches a month without scaling headcount. Everything else is layered on top of it.

Typical volume1,000 to 10,000 contacts / mo
Setup time14 to 21 days of warmup
Owned by usDomains, inboxes, deliverability
  • Secondary sending domains so your primary domain is never at risk
  • Inbox provisioning, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and staged warmup
  • Per lead research line in the first sentence, not the signature
  • Four to six touch sequences with a real reason for each follow up
  • Verification and catch all screening before a single send
  • Weekly deliverability audit with placement testing

LinkedIn

Where the prospect checks whether you are real. Run alongside email, it lifts reply rates on both, because the name is already familiar when the email lands.

Typical volume400 to 1,200 touches / mo per seat
Setup time5 to 7 days
Owned by usSequencing, copy, profile positioning
  • Profile and banner rewritten to answer the question a cold visitor has
  • View, follow, then connect with a note referencing their own post
  • Voice notes on high value accounts, which almost nobody sends
  • Comment presence on target accounts before any request goes out
  • Human pacing and limits so the account is never flagged

Cold Calling

The fastest path from a list to a booked meeting, and the most expensive per touch. We use it on the slice of the list where the research says the timing is right now.

Typical volume150 to 600 dials / mo
Setup time7 to 10 days
Owned by usScripts, objections, mobile sourcing
  • Mobile number sourcing and verification, not switchboard numbers
  • Opening line built from the same dossier the email used
  • Objection library tuned per vertical, updated weekly from recordings
  • Calls timed to land after the second email, never cold cold
  • Every call logged with outcome, so the list reprioritises itself

WhatsApp & SMS

In most of the world this is the primary business channel, and reply rates are several times email. Used carefully, on people who have already heard from you once.

Typical volume200 to 1,500 messages / mo
Setup time7 to 14 days including number aging
Owned by usNumbers, templates, compliance
  • Business numbers aged and warmed before the first campaign message
  • Short, conversational copy, because this is not an email channel
  • Jurisdiction aware consent and opt out handling
  • Best suited to India, Middle East, LATAM and SEA markets

X & Communities

For founder led sales into technical and creator markets, where the buyer is publicly visible and a DM referencing their own work outperforms any email.

Typical volume100 to 500 DMs / mo
Setup time3 to 5 days
Owned by usMonitoring, drafting, reply routing
  • Keyword and account monitoring so we catch the post worth replying to
  • DMs that quote something they actually wrote this month
  • Slack, Discord and forum presence where your market already gathers
  • Drafted for you to approve, sent from your account, never a bot voice

Gifting & Direct Mail

Reserved for named enterprise accounts where a single logo pays for the quarter. Physical mail still gets opened, and almost no competitor is sending any.

Typical volume20 to 100 accounts / quarter
Setup time10 to 14 days
Owned by usCreative, fulfilment, follow up timing
  • A physical artefact tied to the research, not branded merchandise
  • Email and call timed to the delivery confirmation
  • Tracked per account with full cost attribution

Priya,

Saw you are hiring a catalogue coordinator and that the job spec is mostly photo and spec entry.

With 4,100 one of a kind pieces in sheets, that role is going to spend most of its first year doing data entry rather than merchandising. Your post about re shooting inventory you had already shot is the symptom I would expect.

We built the catalogue system for a dealer with 2,800 items and took listing time down 71 percent, which is the difference between one hire and none.

Worth a look before trade show season? Fifteen minutes and I will show you the dealer build.

connection note 280 characters

Priya, your post about re shooting inventory you had already shot is the exact problem we solve.

4,100 unique pieces in sheets is the point where the spreadsheet starts costing you a hire. Did this for a 2,800 item dealer. Happy to send the before and after.

opener 12 seconds, then stop talking

“Priya, Krishang from Kairo. I saw the catalogue coordinator role you posted and I think you are about to hire a person to do a software job.

4,100 unique items in a spreadsheet, right? And trade show season is what, eleven weeks out?

Can I have ninety seconds, or should I call you back after the show?”

Launch timeline

From signed to full scale
in twenty one days.

This is the whole programme ramping, not one prospect's journey. Infrastructure, warmup and list build run in parallel, and the channels that need no warmup are producing replies inside week one, well before day twenty one.

Inside that programme, each prospect moves through six researched touches across your channels over roughly three weeks, starting the day their dossier is approved. New prospects enter every week, so the programme reaches steady state and stays there.

The volume math

How much can you
actually send?

Sending capacity is arithmetic, not a promise. Domains times inboxes times emails per inbox gives you a daily ceiling, and staying under that healthy ceiling is what keeps the domains alive past month three. Move the dials to see your number.

One subscription covers everything: sourcing, research, copy, sending, reply handling and the monthly review. Pick your channels, scale and research depth below and the recommendation updates live. We do not publish plan pricing, because the right number depends on your market and your offer, so the quote comes back by inquiry. Setup is the one fixed cost and it sits outside the subscription.

    Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

How long before we see replies?

Email needs 14 to 21 days of domain warmup before the first real send, so first replies typically land in week three or four. LinkedIn and calling start inside the first week. If you need pipeline faster than that, we start on the channels that do not need warmup and bring email in behind them.

What do you need from us?

A clear offer, one person who can answer questions about the product in week one, and a calendar to book into. We handle sourcing, infrastructure, research, copy, sending and reporting. You approve the messaging before anything goes out.

Will this damage our domain reputation?

No, because we never send from your primary domain. Campaigns run on secondary domains we provision and warm, with authentication configured properly and placement tested weekly. If a domain degrades, it gets retired and replaced rather than pushed.

Is the research really per lead, or is it a template?

Per lead, and you can audit it. Every contacted prospect has a stored dossier with the sources we used, and you can open any message we sent next to the research it came from. That is the whole product.

What does "nothing until the first call is booked" actually mean?

Exactly what it says. We buy the domains, build the inboxes, warm them, build the list, write the research and send the messages before you have paid anything. The first invoice is raised once a qualified meeting is on your calendar, and it covers the setup and the first month from that point. If we never book you a call, there is nothing to pay and nothing owed.

Why is cold calling not in the calculator?

Because it only works in sectors where we already hold verified mobile data and a tested script, and pricing it blind would be dishonest. If calling is right for your market we scope it on the call and price it separately. The same applies to gifting and direct mail, which is costed per campaign.

Do you work on commission or performance?

We price the build and the run, not the outcome, because the outcome depends on your offer, your pricing and your sales follow up as much as our sending. On longer commitments we are open to a reduced retainer with a per meeting component.
