A tool only pays off once your team uses it.
We come to your office and teach your people: the systems we built for you, how to use AI in their own work, and the tools that matter in your industry. Every session leaves behind demo videos and written guides, so the training outlasts the day.

AI at your desk
Four things worth teaching.
Taught on your own work.
Pick one track or run all four. Each is rewritten for the people in the room.
Track 01 · for teams we have built for
The systems we built for you
Every system we hand over comes with training for the people who will use it, so it is used properly from the first day, not the third month.
Sessions include
- A live walkthrough of every screen, on your own data
- Role by role: what the front desk, the managers and the owner each need
- What to do when something looks wrong, and who to tell
- A recorded demo of every task, for anyone who joins later
Your team leaves withEveryone working in the new system on launch day.
Track 02 · for any team, whoever built your tools
AI for everyday work
The practical version, taught on the work your people already do: the emails, documents, spreadsheets and meetings that fill their week.
Sessions include
- Writing, summarising and research with the AI tools you already pay for
- Turning meeting notes, emails and documents into actions
- Spreadsheets and reports without wrestling the formulas
- What never goes into an AI tool, and the settings that keep your data safe
Your team leaves withA prompt library for each role, and hours back every week.
Track 03 · for teams in a specialist field
The specialist tools in your industry
Every trade now has its own AI tools, and most teams only use a fraction of the ones they already pay for. We test them first, then teach the ones worth using.
Sessions include
- The AI features already inside the software you pay for
- The specialist tools your competitors are starting to use
- Where each tool is good, and where a person still has to check
- How to fit them into the way your team already works
Your team leaves withThe tools that matter in your field, without the hype.
Track 04 · for teams we have built for, and the curious
Building your own
Build-along workshops on top of what we built for you. Your own people learn to adjust it, extend it and build small tools of their own.
Sessions include
- Adding a step to a workflow we built, without calling us
- Changing templates, messages and reports yourself
- Building a small tool of your own with AI and no-code builders
- Telling a five-minute change from one that needs a proper build
Your team leaves withPeople who can make the next change themselves.
In person, in your office.
Then it stays with you.
People learn a tool by using it at their own desk with someone beside them. So we come to you, and leave behind everything they need for the day they forget.
- 01
Seminar
The whole company
The why, and a live demo everyone sees together. Best for launching a new system or starting the company on AI.
- 02
Workshop
Small groups, own laptops
Hands-on, at their own desks, on their real tasks. Most of the learning happens here.
- 03
One-to-one
Owners, managers, power users
An hour beside one person, on exactly what they do all day, at the pace they need.
What stays behind
Every session leaves a pack.
New starters train themselves from it, months after we have gone.
- Demo videosRecorded on your own systems, chaptered by task, so anyone can find the two minutes they need.
- Written guidesStep by step with screenshots, for every task we taught.
- Quick reference sheetsOne page each, made to sit beside the keyboard.
- A prompt libraryThe prompts that work for each role, ready to copy.
- A check-inTwo weeks later, to fix whatever did not stick.
One day at your office,
hour by hour.
An example. Every day is written around your team, your tools and the work in front of them.

Book a session
for your team.
Tell us who is in the room and what they use. We will write the sessions around their real work, come to your office to teach them, and leave the videos and guides behind.
The ones that actually get asked.
Do we need to have built with you?
No. Anyone can book training on AI for everyday work or on the tools in their industry. If we did build for you, we also teach the systems we built, role by role.
Is it really in person?
Yes. We come to your office, because people learn a tool by using it at their own desk with someone beside them. The videos and guides cover anyone who could not be there.
How technical does our team need to be?
Not at all. We teach to the room, from people who have never opened an AI tool to the ones who want to build their own.
What does the build-along involve?
For teams we have built for, your own people learn to adjust and extend what we built: add a step to a workflow, change a template, build a small tool of their own on top of it. They leave able to make the next change themselves.
Is it safe to use AI with our company data?
We teach that first: what never goes into a public AI tool, which settings to switch on, and the approved tools for your company. Your rules, written down and taught.
How do new starters learn it later?
From the demo videos and guides we leave behind, recorded on your own systems. We can also come back for a refresher when the team or the tools change.
