An app people keep on their home screen.
iOS and Android apps for your customers or your team: designed screen by screen, built once for both platforms, tested on real phones and taken through store review for you.
Your order is on its way. A notification at the right moment is the one thing a website cannot send.
Point it at a barcode and the stock count updates. No clipboard, nothing typed in later.
The checklist, the meter reading and the photos save on the phone and sync once it finds signal.
Last week's order is waiting, with their details and payment already saved.

An app for every purpose.
Customer apps
Brings them backBest for
Businesses whose customers buy or book again and again, often enough to keep an app.
What only an app can do
A notification at the right moment, saved details and payment, and one-tap reordering.
What we need from you
What your customers do most often, and how often they come back today.
Customers buy from you once a year. Nobody keeps an app for that; a fast website serves them better.
Field and team apps
Works offlineBest for
Technicians, drivers, inspectors and sales reps, who work wherever the job is.
What only an app can do
Works with no signal, takes photos, scans barcodes, records where and when, and syncs later.
What we need from you
A day in the life of the person using it, and the paper or chat they use now.
The work happens at a desk. A web app costs less and does the same job.
Companion apps
Extends your productBest for
Software products whose users need quick approvals, alerts and checks while away from a laptop.
What only an app can do
Notifications and quick actions in seconds, without opening the full product.
What we need from you
Access to your product's API. If there is none yet, Kairo Connect builds it.
Users only ever need the full desktop workflow. A phone screen will only frustrate them.
Booking and ordering
Removes frictionBest for
Appointments, deliveries, food and subscriptions: anything people book or order on repeat.
What only an app can do
Apple Pay and Google Pay, saved baskets, and reminders when the next one is due.
What we need from you
Your booking or ordering system, and the rules it runs on.
Your booking platform's own app already does it well. We connect to it instead.
Loyalty and membership
Keeps them comingBest for
Gyms, clubs, venues and shops with regulars who would value being recognised.
What only an app can do
A card in the phone's wallet, points, and offers that only members see.
What we need from you
How members join today and what they get for it.
There is no real benefit to membership yet. Design the offer first; the app comes second.
Every tool we build apps with
One codebase for both platforms by default, and native code where the phone demands it.
- React Native
- Expo
- Swift
- Kotlin
- Supabase
- PostgreSQL
- Stripe
- App Store
- Google Play
- TestFlight
- Push notifications
- Maps and location
- Offline sync
- Python
One app.
Two phones.
Switch phones and the same screen follows each platform's own rules. Hover a highlight to see why it matters.

Why it feels native
- 1Back where they expect it
A back chevron top left and a swipe from the screen's edge, as in every iPhone app.
The system back gesture and an arrow in the top bar, as in every Android app.
- 2Tabs that feel at home
A tab bar along the bottom with an icon and a label for each tab.
A navigation bar with a pill behind the chosen tab, in Android's own style.
- 3Their own wallet
Apple Pay, with the card already saved on their phone. No form to fill in.
Google Pay, with the card already saved on their phone. No form to fill in.
- 4Their face or their finger
Face ID confirms the payment, through the system's own prompt.
A fingerprint or face unlock confirms it, through the system's own prompt.
From one prototype
to every phone.
01 / 05
Every screen designed
A clickable prototype of every screen, tested with people who will use it before a line of code is written.
On your own phone
The first working build installed on your phone through a private test link, and a new one every week after.
Beta with real users
A small group of real customers or staff using it daily. Crashes and confusion are fixed from what they report.
Approved in both stores
Listings, screenshots and privacy answers written and review handled. As a rule of thumb Apple clears most apps in a day or two, while a new Google Play account can take a week or more.
Live and rolling out
Released in stages to everyone, under store accounts in your name, with crash reports and analytics watching every version.

Tell us who it is for.
The roadmap is on us.
Pick who uses it and what it needs the phone for. We turn it into a free audit, including an honest answer on whether you need an app at all, and a written build roadmap, yours to keep whether or not you work with us. It runs as a one-time project, with optional ongoing care through Kairo Run.
Pick a few options and your scope appears here.
Your scope rides along with the inquiry below. What comes back first, the audit and the roadmap, is free.
- Clickable prototype before build
- One codebase for iOS and Android

free audit and roadmap.
Send the scope you just built, or just tell us what people would open it for. We will tell you honestly whether a web app would do, and map out where we would start.
The ones that actually get asked.
Do I need a native app or would a web app do?
We will tell you honestly. If nothing you need uses the phone itself, such as offline use, the camera or notifications, a web app that works well on a phone is cheaper and easier to run.
iOS, Android or both?
Usually both, from one codebase, so the cost of the second platform is small. We go fully native only when the app needs something the shared approach handles badly.
Who handles the App Store and Google Play?
We do, under developer accounts in your name, including the listings, screenshots and the review itself.
What happens after launch?
Phones and stores update every year, so apps need looking after. Kairo Run covers updates, fixes and new features every month.
