Is there more than one plan?
No. There is one monthly plan and everything on this page is in it. The price depends on how much you run, and we agree it on a short call.
Do you look after systems you did not build?
Yes. In the first month we audit and document what you already run and fix anything inherited and broken, so we know exactly what we are taking on.
What counts as the free monthly build?
A defined piece of work from your own list, such as a new workflow, a feature or an integration. We size it with you before we start, and ship it within the month.
What does unlimited changes within scope mean?
Every build has a short written scope. Inside it, you can ask for changes as often as you like until you approve. Anything outside it becomes its own build, at your members' rate.
What happens if something breaks at night?
Monitoring alerts us, not you. We fix it, and it appears in that week's update.
What if we stop?
Everything we build lives in accounts you own and is documented, so you keep all of it.
