What we build

We Build, What You Desire.

SaaS and MVPs

Ships in weeks

Best for

Founders with a validated idea who need a working version in front of paying users, not another prototype.

What it replaces

A slide deck, a waitlist and a no-code prototype that has hit its limits.

What we need from you

The problem in your words, a few people who would use it, and one decision maker on a call every week.

When we tell you to skip it

You have not yet spoken to anyone who would pay. Test the idea with a landing page first; it costs far less.

Business systems

Replaces spreadsheets

Best for

Businesses running orders, purchasing, credit or jobs across several spreadsheets and a crowded inbox.

What it replaces

The master spreadsheet, the copies emailed around it, and the one person who understands all of it.

What we need from you

Your current sheets, however messy, and an hour with whoever uses them most.

When we tell you to skip it

An off-the-shelf tool already fits how you work. If one does, we will name it and help you set it up.

Catalogue and inventory

Every item findable

Best for

Thousands of different items, each needing photos, specifications and history: stock, collections, archives, parts.

What it replaces

Folders of photos, a spreadsheet of codes, and what lives only in someone's head.

What we need from you

A sample of items with everything you know about them, and how you search for them today.

When we tell you to skip it

You sell a few hundred near-identical products. Your store platform's own catalogue will do the job.

Client portals

Cuts the back and forth

Best for

Service businesses whose clients email to ask for status updates, documents or invoices.

What it replaces

Status emails, attachments sent twice and "just checking in" calls.

What we need from you

The questions clients ask most, and where the answers live today.

When we tell you to skip it

You have a handful of clients and speak to each of them every week anyway.

Booking systems

Fills the diary

Best for

Businesses with rooms, staff, vehicles or equipment to book, and rules a generic booking tool cannot follow.

What it replaces

Phone tag, a shared calendar nobody trusts, and deposits chased by hand.

What we need from you

Your resources, your booking rules, and the exceptions everyone knows by heart.

When we tell you to skip it

A standard booking tool already handles your rules. We will set that up instead.

Knowledge systems

Nothing lost

Best for

Teams whose know-how lives in inboxes, chat threads and the heads of a few long-serving people.

What it replaces

Folders nobody searches, documents with five versions, and the same question asked every week.

What we need from you

Where the knowledge lives today, and the questions people ask most.

When we tell you to skip it

You mainly need answers, not a system. A chatbot over your documents, through Kairo Chat, gets you there faster.

Every tool we build on

Modern, mainstream tools, so any good engineer can maintain what we build.

to system.

What changes

  1. 1
    One record for everything

Harlow & Finch is in here twice, spelt two ways, so its orders never add up to one customer.

Each customer exists once, and every order points to it. Harlow & Finch shows both of its orders.

  2. 2
    Statuses you can count on

"done??", "sent (I think)" and "SEE EMAIL" are not statuses. Finding what is unpaid takes a morning.

A fixed pipeline: quoted, confirmed, shipped, paid. What is unpaid is one click.

  3. 3
    One version, everyone in it

Four tabs and a personal copy. Nobody knows which one is real, so everyone keeps their own.

One system with logins and roles, and a history of who changed what, and when.

  4. 4
    Numbers that stay right

Someone inserted a row and the total broke. It has said #REF! for a week.

Totals are calculated by the system, live, and nobody can type over them.

The roadmap is on us.

Pick what you are building, where you are starting from and what has to come across. We turn it into a free audit of how you work today and a written build roadmap, yours to keep whether or not you work with us. It runs as a one-time project, with optional ongoing care through Kairo Run.

Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

How long does a build take?

An MVP is usually a matter of weeks; a full business system takes longer. The Blueprint gives you an exact timeline before you commit.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your accounts, and we hand over documentation so any competent engineer can continue it.

What if requirements change mid-build?

They usually do. Changes are written into the Blueprint with their effect on time and cost, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Do you maintain it afterwards?

If you want us to. Kairo Run covers monitoring, fixes and new features every month.
